Complementary and alternative therapies included in migraine prevention guidelines

The American Academy of Neurology (American Academy of Neurology) now includes many alternative therapies for migraine prevention.  Most recently the AAN guidelines added Butterbur (Petadolex) with level A evidence in reducing the frequency, intensity, and duration of migraine headaches and feverfew, magnesium and riboflavin with Level B evidence. Which of the therapies have you had the most success with in your patients?
