In the study, which was conducted in France for two years, rats were either fed corn previously treated for more than 90 days with Roundup (glyphosate herbicide), genetically-modified corn without exposure to Roundup, or just exposure to Roundup. The development of tumors in these rats happened at a faster and higher rate compared to rats that were not exposed to the product.
